Graduate placement programmes overview
We continually develop our talent, at all levels across Total. We run a national apprenticeship scheme which supplies opportunities for development and training whilst studying.Â
We partner with several further educational institutions nationally, with whom we collaborate to ensure our people are provided with the best education, allowing them to complete a nationally recognized apprenticeship qualification.Â
During your studies you will be mentored by an experienced professional who will supply encouragement, on the job experience and educational tools to help you reach potential.Â
Our people can carry on their studies to a Higher National Certificate (HNC) and potentially continue to degree level, should this be something they aspire to undertake.Â
Through our work placement offers in a wide range of disciplines we enhance your employability and give you the opportunity to earn while you learn. We offer graduates an individual tailored progremme as a platform to become the industry’s next star.Â
With Total you will be working on high-profile complex exciting projects and working alongside industry experts in your field. Both our placement and graduate schemes look for great people across a broad range of disciplines including engineering, surveying, IT, design, HR, marketing and QESH.Â
