Amongst our many successful projects are ventures which provide excellent and attractive returns for the investor in commercial property.

We will work with you to identify, design, build and pre-let commercial, retail, and leisure space with the highest quality tenants, such as Costa Coffee, Waitrose, Co-Op, Premier Inn, Starbucks and Argos.

Our vast experience working with Registered Social Landlords has led to consistently high-quality innovative developments which meets local housing needs.

Landowners

We are always on the lookout for sites with the potential for residential or mixed-use sites and require them at all stages of the planning process to ensure that we can progress land which is often too small in footprint to be interest to larger developers.

We understand the local planning environment and will work with you to maximise land value and achieve planning approval for your site, including the relevant permissions for residential and mixed-use developments.

We consider all types of land, from greenfield sites with or without planning permission to former factories and industrial sites, warehouses and offices, old buildings and derelict works and are happy to provide an appraisal of opportunity and value with you.
