The Total Regen training academy is becoming one of the UK’s largest and most experienced private provider of construction training. For over 20 years we have been helping young people turn their talent into a trade.
Each year we recruit over 90 apprentices via training centers around the UK. This makes The Total training Academy one of the UK’s largest employers of construction apprentices.
We have extensive links with schools and colleges, and we run training programmes on behalf of local authorities. We also provide a range of training and assessment services for many small companies and other employers.
Our work enables young people to earn as they learn and become the next generation of bricklayers, carpenters, joiners, painters, decorators, plasterers, dry liners and general construction operatives, the list is endless

Ultramodern classrooms
Recently expanded due to increased requirements, Safety and Training boasts 5 training and testing classrooms with the ability to train over 40 candidates at any one time.
Health and Safety Test Rooms
Our touch screen test rooms carry out over 600 health and safety tests per year.
Innovation Centre
Overlooking the training ground, Safety and Training’s innovation center provides the perfect environment to host large numbers for training and conferences, with fully functional facilities to suit. The latest GPS machine control and positioning is available within our centre to provide candidates with training in a wide range of disciplines. In addition, we hold regular technology days for our major clients to provide them with information on new developments within the sector.
Machinery Simulator
Located in the innovation centre is our high specification plant simulator. This is the perfect starting point for any plant operator to learn the controls and functionality of each machine in the safety of a classroom. Our simulator also enables Safety and Training to: Pre-screen and assess new operators, provide training to alleviate machine downtime and damage from misuse, provide proximity awareness and safety training, fuel management, and provide added skills to increase production. We can also provide bespoke training on machine guidance, control systems and tilt rotators.
