That is why we put a firm focus on the training and development of staff and in 2015 our 200 employees – operating throughout the United Kingdom – undertook over 3840 hours (about 5 and a half months) of training between them in.
What is more, through Safety and Training – one of the eleven companies in the Total Group – we are proud to be able to offer a wide range of construction and professional training courses not just to our employees; but to colleges, businesses, and individuals throughout the UK.
