Our managers and supervisors get a sense of personal satisfaction from these placements themselves, helping youngsters from all sorts of backgrounds and those less experienced to take their first step of a career in construction.Â
There are many examples of where these work experience placements have led to further employment opportunities, either with us or one of our valued supply partners.Â

We recognise the importance of nurturing talent and have a solid record of accomplishment of bringing young talent into the construction industry via our apprenticeship and trainee programmesÂ
As well as a number of apprentices, we currently have a number of employees in trainee development roles who are studying for formal qualifications such as NVQs, HNCs, HNDs, and degree level programmes.Â
All apprentices and trainees also undertake internally designed programmes of competence and, where appropriate, we find great benefit in giving our trainees experience in all areas of the business and so arrange functional secondments across the GroupÂ
